24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

A credit card is required to reserve an appointment.
Should you need to cancel or make a change to your appointment, please call (770) 947-8733 at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time.
Any cancellations or no-shows with less than 24-hours of notice will be charged $35 per scheduled service.
Treatment times and therapists are reserved specifically for you. As a small, appointment-based business, this is truly the only way we can keep our doors open.

ARRIVAL

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow yourself time to get comfortable and enjoy complimentary refreshments in our spa lounge.

DRESS

Disrobe to the level of your comfort. Undergarments are not necessary, but you may wear them during your treatment if you prefer. Our therapists are trained to drape your body in a discreet manner, assuring your privacy at all times.

JEWELRY AND PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Most services flow best without the interference of jewelry. We recommend leaving your valuables at home as we’re not responsible for any lost or stolen personal items.

PHONE ETIQUETTE

To preserve a relaxing atmosphere for all our guests, we ask for cell phones to be silenced during your time at The Green Tree Day Spa.

PAYMENT

We accept the following forms of payment: Cash, The Green Tree Day Spa Gift Certificates, American Express, Visa, Discover, and MasterCard. Gratuity is always appreciated and may be cash or card.

RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS

We hope that you are delighted with your Green Tree Day Spa purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer a store credit on most products IF returned to us within 7 days of purchase— *provided they are in their original packaging, unopened and unused. All gift card and gift certificate sales are final.

PRECAUTIONS

If you’re pregnant, have allergies, medical conditions, or are taking medications, please consult with your physician to determine which services are right for you. Be sure to inform your technician of any medical condition or concern before your service begins. If you are currently using retinoids(retin-A, retinol or tazerac) or alpha hydroxies, you must discontinue use one week prior to waxing. It is extremely unsafe to wax anyone using accutane - you must be off accutane for 6 months before booking a waxing appointment. Please let you esthetician know if you are currently using any topical medications.
